- For what purpose do we process your personal data?
Our entity processes the information provided by interested individuals for various purposes, which may include:
a) To comply with the services requested and the obligations arising therefrom.
b) To answer your queries if you have contacted us via e-mail or web form.
c) To manage comments on the website.
d) To send you information about our company that may be of interest to you.
- How long will we keep your data?
a) If you are a customer, we shall keep your data locked after the end of the contract for the time established in the current legislation in order to respond to possible claims and legal obligations.
b) If you are not a customer and have contacted us via email or web form, we shall delete your data after responding to your request.
c) If you participate by making any comments on our website, we shall keep your data as long as you do not request its deletion.
d) If you have subscribed to the newsletter to receive information about our new products, we will keep your data as long as you do not request its deletion.
- What are the legal grounds for processing your data?
The legal grounds for processing your data are:
a) To manage the provision of contracted services, the execution of the contract itself and any legal obligations that may arise from it.
b) If you are not a customer and to answer your queries via e-mail or the web form, your consent or the implementation of pre-contractual measures, as the case may be.
c) To manage comments on the website, your consent.
d) To manage the sending of a newsletter, your express consent.
- To whom may we communicate your data?
Your data may be communicated to the following data processing managers:
a) Tax, labour and accounting advice if you have contracted one of our services, in order to comply with established legal obligations. For this reason, they can also be communicated to the tax authorities and other public bodies. To teach our courses, we use the Moodle platform. Therefore, we shall communicate any of your data to Moodle that is required and essential for teaching these courses. Moodle undertakes to comply with European privacy regulations. b) Whether you are a customer or not, e-mail communications are made through an e-mail hosting company located in the EU. If you filled in a contact form, these data shall also be stored on servers belonging to DinaHosting S.L., a company in charge of web hosting located in the EU.
c) When you publish comments on the website, the form data will be hosted on the servers of DinaHosting S.L., an EU company in charge of web hosting.
d) If you have subscribed to the newsletter, this is done through Mailchimp, a tool belonging to the American company “The Rocket Science LLD”, a company attached to the Privacy Shield agreement and, therefore, which meets the privacy requirements for data required by European legislation. In the e-mail verification process of the subscription, you will be able to obtain more detailed information about Privacy Policy of this company.
- What are your rights when you provide us your data?
Anyone has the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing data relating to them.
The persons concerned have the right to access their personal data and to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where necessary, to request its deletion when the data are no longer necessary for the purposes for which they were collected, among other reasons.
In certain circumstances, persons concerned can request us to limit the processing of your personal data, in which case we will only retain them for asserting or defending claims.
In certain circumstances and on grounds relating to their particular situation, persons concerned may object to the processing of their data. In this case, we shall stop processing their data, except for compelling legitimate reasons, or for asserting or defending possible claims.
You can exercise the right to the portability of your data, transferring the processed data by automated means to another data manager, if you request it.
In the event that consent has been given for a specific purpose, you may withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on consent prior to withdrawal.
You can materially exercise these rights by sending an email to airea@airea-elearning.net, indicating which right you would like to exercise and we shall send you a form to exercise it.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency, especially if you have not been satisfied in exercising your rights. To do so, you must access the www.agpd.es website and follow the instructions provided.
