Access to and/or use of the portal attributes the condition of user, with the user accepting the General Terms and Conditions of Use established herein as a result of this access/use. These terms and conditions shall apply irrespective of any general contracting conditions which may be compulsory.

 http://www.airea-elearning.net provides access to a multitude of information, services, programs and data (hereinafter “the content”) on the internet that belong to its website or its licensors, to which the user may have access. When registering, the user shall be responsible for providing true and lawful information. Airea Educa reserves the right to remove any comments and contributions that violate respect for human dignity, which are discriminatory, xenophobic, racist, pornographic, constitute an attack against youth or childhood, order or public safety or that, in its opinion, are not suitable for publication. In any case, it shall not be responsible for the opinions expressed by users through any participatory tools that may exist.

 airea Educa complies with the guidelines of current legislation on Data Protection, and ensures the proper use and processing of the user’s personal data. To do this, together with each form for collecting personal data, for services that the user may request from us, they shall be informed of the existence of and asked to accept the specific conditions regarding the processing of their data in each case. The user shall also be informed of the party responsible for the file created, the address of this party, the possibility of exercising their rights of access, rectification, opposition, portability, limitation of treatment and cancellation, the reason for processing personal data and, when appropriate, disclosure to third-parties. The user undertakes to respect the intellectual and industrial property rights held by our entity. The user shall refrain from removing, altering, altering or manipulating any protection device or security system installed on our website.

EXCLUSION OF WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

 airea Educa shall not be held liable under any circumstances for any damages of any nature that may arise, including but not limited to: errors or omissions in the content, lack of availability of the portal or the transmission of viruses, malware or harmful programs through the content, despite having taken all necessary technological measures to prevent this from occurring.

AMENDMENTS

 airea Educa reserves the right to refuse or withdraw access to the portal and/or the services offered without any prior notice, at its own discretion or that of a third party, to any users that do not comply with these general terms and conditions of use.
